Break out the lederhosen and the Bavarian hats! Pecatonica Beer Company is rolling out the barrel this season with Pecatonica Oktoberfest. Our Oktoberfest pours a lightly golden copper color and starts with a subtle nose of floral hops.

The first sip of Pecatonica Oktoberfest will reveal the well balanced slightly sweet biscuit malt flavors and just enough hops to allow for the perfect easy drinking festival beer. This sessionable beer has an ABV of 6.1% and an IBU of 18.

Pairing: Pecatonica’s rich bodied easy drinking Oktoberfest is a perfect fit paired with hearty foods like herb rubbed roasted chicken and pork loin as well as festive fair such as sausages, fresh fruit and Wisconsin cheese. Specifically Germanic style cheeses Muenster and brick are perfect accompaniments with Pecatonica Oktoberfest.
